1. Description of Service

The Madwuma Cashbook App is a digital record-keeping tool designed to help small and medium enterprises track income, expenses, and cash flow.

• Self-Managed Data: The App relies entirely on data manually entered by the user.
• No Professional Advice: Madwuma Business Solutions does not provide accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice. The App is a productivity tool, not a substitute for a professional accountant.

2. Eligibility and Account Security

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use this App for business purposes.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

The App offers tiered subscription services managed through our payment partner, Paystack.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on an annual basis.
• No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

4. User Content and Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all transaction data, business logos, and profile information you upload to the App. You grant us a limited license to host and process your data via Supabase solely to provide the services of the App to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Madwuma Business Solutions shall not be liable for financial loss, data inaccuracy penalties, or service interruptions. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
