Madwuma Business Solutions ("MBS", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of users of the Cashbook mobile application. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your business data.
2. Data Collection
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account and use the App:
- Account Data: Name, phone number, and password.
- Business Data: Business name, profile image, and category.
- Transactional Data: All financial records, including income and expenses, that you manually enter into the App.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Cashbook experience. This includes syncing your records across devices and generating your business performance reports. We do not sell your personal or transactional data to third parties.
4. Data Storage and Security
We use Supabase for secure cloud storage and database management. While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
5. Compliance
We operate in accordance with the Data Protection Act of Ghana. You have the right to access your data and request its deletion by closing your account.
